The Army’s search for Lt. Washburn and Sgt. Jackson didn’t
last long. A cadaver dog found their bodies located just inside the main gate,
about four feet into the ground. Army CID was called in. What they found
chilled the experienced investigators.
“Their hands are….gone….”
